Responsibilities
The Project Integrator (PI) supports the Front Office senior leadership team, including the design and creation of graphics and logos for use in creating, editing, and coordinating complex and graphic intense presentations targeted toward a wide variety of audiences. The PI is responsible for gathering technical content and distilling to salient points to communicate the organization’s project and program status, marketing their products and services, etc. to audiences internal to the organization and across the IC. The PI provides information management support in the coordination and implementation of the organization’s communications strategy. The PI may be called upon to support the leadership team with strategic planning initiatives and creating the products (e.g., documents, placemats, briefings, websites, etc.) used to convey that plan to senior leaders and to the workforce. - Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Previous experience with graphic design/artistry a must; with the ability to design and implement graphics and logos for use in the creation of briefings, presentations, websites - using a variety of media, including, but not limited to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Dreamweaver (WordPress) and Adobe Photoshop.
- Previous experience building briefings/presentations, using a variety of media—including, but not limited to Microsoft Office products, WordPress, Confluence, etc.
- Previous experience designing, customizing, and implementing websites using WordPress.
- Ability to fully coordinate project schedules.
- Ability to coordinate program management process activities such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews including scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings/presentations.
- Ability to assist in the preparation of management plans and reports.
- Ability to maintain correspondence suspense files, records, files for reports, operating procedures, internal memorandums, and compose correspondence.
- Ability to compose technical documents including user’s manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
- Ability to fully perform tasks requiring the collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing of information and statistical data.
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline.
- BS 12-15, MS 10-13, PhD 8-10; or relevant experience.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists, and top-level managers in the coordination and planning of programs.
- Ability to apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
