Responsibilities:

The Systems Integrator will support Personnel Resource Front Office, which is responsible for providing cover-consistent benefits, compensation services, and tactical and strategic human resources support to the Agency workforce worldwide. The Systems Integrator’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Providing systems integration functions directly in support of the program office and necessary to achieve program goals.
  • Organizing and managing data/files to support office knowledge management.
  • Leveraging experience to recommend streamline and efficient business processes to include developing standard operating procedures and associated documentation a Preparing and tracking metrics, as required.
  • Assisting with the preparation and assembly of talking points to include consolidating reference materials and developing new materials.
  • Assisting with developing web content (Talkabout) to ensure all information is relevant and up to date.
  • Summarizing correspondence, highlighting key issues and topics and providing follow-up to ensure appropriate timely action is taken.
  • Preparing high level meeting summaries, highlighting actions items, due dates and other key leadership feedback for external and internal contacts
  • Coordinate with other offices to review materials for release by following standard operating procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI w/Poly
  • Self-starter and ability to manage multiple projects and/or activities.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience coordinating and working action items to completion.
  • Working knowledge of mission priorities to effectively track items to closure.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite of products.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience exhibiting oral and written communication skills to include giving briefings/presentations, planning and facilitating meetings and providing support for technical documentation.
  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience (3 years for Bachelors)) in Computer Science, Information Systems, business or a scientific discipline, or relevant experience
  • Minimum 10 year’s relevant experience
  • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
  • Experience working in a Human Resource Organization
  • Discretion and compassion
