Creative Services Project Manager
Archipelago Strategies Group, Inc. (ASG) is looking for a dynamic Creative Services Project Manager to join our award-winning team. We are looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented, and thoughtful professional who will contribute to the optimization of the creative development process and serve as the communication glue between the creative department and the other departments.
Primary Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and the Creative Team to implement processes relative to the department for the purpose of supporting the client services and delivery operations, ensuring the strongest possible solutions are achieved.
- Manage all creative work pipelines and workflows including but not limited to, video and radio production, graphic design, and translation of assets.
- Ensure that resources are well-utilized and that the team delivers high quality services in a timely manner.
- Manage the departmental calendar, monitor current marketing projects to ensure they are on schedule, process expenditures, and coordinate vendors.
- Facilitate account/creative check-ins to monitor work-in-progress, establish priorities, adjust schedules, and ensure successful project completion.
- Manage the Creative Services budget and resource allocation maximizing the teams’ productivity and profitability.
- Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly.
- Work with freelancers and contractors and ensure they have the resources needed to complete their jobs.
- Review creative materials, assist with the sourcing, development, and layout of visual content for media production, marketing, or promotion.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university, with a degree in a related field (Business and Administration, Marketing, Management, Advertising, etc.)
- 5 years of agency/marketing experience producing impactful and strategically sound creative work.
- 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience
- 2 years of experience in coordination efforts and timeline development
- Equivalent knowledge of training and experience
- Bilingual required, fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
- Access to the internet is required.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, especially during project peaks, is required.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications, iOS operating systems, and Dropbox. PSOHub and Adobe are a plus.
