Job Description
We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a full of potential and reliable Facility Coordinator to join our top qualified and knowledgeable Office Management team in our Athens Office.
Role summary:
In this role, you will be part of our Office Management team and you will be responsible for all building-related activities to preserve the good condition of facilities and ensure that they are safe and well- functioning.
What you will need to do:
- Manage building and equipment maintenance schedules and monitor regular building repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical etc)
- Troubleshoot of emergencies & technical problems
- Prepare for emergencies by creating building evacuation and other action plans
- Assist to maintain and purchase equipment and supply needs (furniture, office and kitchen appliances, office equipment and supplies, climate control etc)
- Communicate on time any defects/omissions or misfunctions to the Office Management
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers in coordination with the Office Management team
- Supervise external providers e.g. cleaning, technical maintenance security crews etc
What you will need to have:
- At least 4 years of working experience, three (3) out of which in a similar role
- Excellent writing/speaking communication skills in both Greek and English
- Substantial MS Office knowledge
- Excellent administrative capabilities and customer care skills

- Is highly organized and possesses multitasking ability
- Is enthusiast and committed to learn about and get involved in the facilities function’s activities
