Architectural Fireplaces, an installing distributor of fireplaces and Hearth & Home products, is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. Eligible candidates must have good phone etiquette, strong computer skills and outstanding organizational skills. Must be team orientated, self-motivated, hard-working, and able to multi-task. While assisting our sales team is the main focus, other duties include answering the phones, processing orders and general office work. Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support to the sales team by assisting with administrative tasks and customer inquiries
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities
- Support business development efforts by identifying new leads and prospects
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify potential sales opportunities
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present information and respond to customer inquiries
