Architectural Grille, a Division of Giumenta Corporation, located at 42 Second Avenue, Brooklyn, NY, 11215 is a family-owned and operated manufacturing company that has been in business since 1945. We are seeking a full-time Assistant

Architectural Grille has strict Covid protocols in place. Additional information will be provided. There will be limited interaction with the public at this time.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Administrative duties

· Review scanned documents to confirm data entered correctly.

· Process insurance requests received from clientele.

· Send exception reports to the sales team for orders as requested.

· Set up accounts, enter quote requests into salesforce as needed.

· Provide backup to reception as needed including assisting walk-in in clients, clients picking up orders, answering phones, checking voicemail, data entry as needed.

· Assist in contacting clients to obtain more information needed.

· Assist in cleaning up duplicate account data as needed.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service

· Additional projects as requested

Sample/Marketing Kit - Tracking and fulfillment

· Enter and fulfill sample requests from clientele. This will include data entry in salesforce, fulfillment of physical samples requests, providing tracking information, and follow-up to clientele.

· Maintain sample inventory and replenishment including in showroom.

· Maintain inventory, replenishment, and fulfillment of marketing kits as needed.

· Label samples as needed.

· Print labels for samples and stock as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
  • Basic administration skills
  • Basic understanding of customer service practices
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focus

· Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft outlook

· 1 year of Salesforce preferred

· Time Management skills

· Problem sensitivity and creative thinking

· Neat and organized

· Ability to work in a team atmosphere

· Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner to achieve the intended objective

· Ability to adapt to change

Introductory Period: 90 Days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
