Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for state reporting / audits and submission of necessary documents as required by the state of Nebraska guidelines, managing lunch accounts, and facilitating food ordering with Westside.
Responsible for preparation of meals.
Responsible for serving meals.
Responsible for special diets.
Responsible for cleaning all areas of the kitchen.
Responsible for cleaning of all dishes, utensils, and equipment.
Obtain Professional Standards hours and attend
State Trainings
Follow all instructions as part of Douglas County Inspections relating to :
Food Preparation
Serving
Sanitation Practices
Equipment
Safety measures
Proper work techniques
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to interact with students, building staff, and supervisors in a positive manner.
