Job Posting for Security Officer - Graveyard at Archon Protection

Archon Protection is looking to immediately hire security officers for a position in the Newbury Park area. A guard card is required, but if you do not currently have one, we will help you obtain it.

Weekend availability is a must.

Livescan fingerprints are provided in-house.

Referral bonuses are also available.

On-site training is provided by Security Supervisors.

Responsibilities:

  • Patrol randomly or regularly the building and perimeter areas and notate information
  • Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
  • Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
  • Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
  • Report in detail any suspicious incidents

Requirements

  • Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
  • Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
  • Surveillance skills and detail orientation
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • High school degree

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
