Position: Tier I Desktop Tech Analyst (all levels)
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Duration: 1-year contract minimum, with the possibility of direct hire conversion
Compensation: $20.00 – 26.00/hour, depending on experience
Work Authorization: No H1B or C2C. Must be a US Citizen or a green card holder
Summary:
Archon Resources is looking for multiple Tier II IT Desktop Support Techs for a client here in the Oklahoma City metroplex. The role will, at the very least, be a 1-year contract assignment, and will have a possibility of direct hire conversion.
We do offer benefits/insurance while you’re on contract. The position will be on-site in Oklahoma City. They are looking for all levels, ranging from entry-level to mid-senior level.

Job Description and Duties:
- Install and repair equipment and software
- Troubleshoot terminals, computers, printers, cabling, and other related software products
- Hands-on support for inquiries and requirements
- Log and track problems, review problem tracking databases, and maintain documentation
- Other related IT support/desktop/help desk duties
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background screening
- Must be vaccinated and comfortable working at a medical setting/hospital
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field a plus, but not required
- Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience
- Ability to multi-task and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge in troubleshooting and using Sharepoint, Excel, and Data a plus
- Must have reliable transportation (clean driving record and valid driver license)
- Must have the physical capacity to walk/sit for periods of time
