Our office is looking to hire an experienced Office Manager who has experience managing an office environment and handling the flow of work among a team. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with little direction. The Office Manager will be responsible for keeping the office space clean and organized, handling the flow of work and projects as they come in, as well as dealing with vendors, customers, and running errands.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office functions such as human resources, legal, accounting, and marketing.
- Manage office budget and expenses.
- Manage office security and network administration.
- Manage all office staff.
- Schedule office activities, including parties and fundraisers.
- Take the initiative to solve new problems or challenges when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
