Key Responsibilities
Facilitate collection of all required documents and achieve sign off from clients / internal teams to fulfill the requirements of implementation and regulatory processes (e.g. Operating Model deliverables, Operational readiness, changes to scope agreements and approvals (BRD’s, Change Requests and other scopes of services)

Facilitate business requirements documentation during post-sales phase with involved work stream groups

Facilitate initiation and maintenance of project plan with involved work stream groups for executing the implementation

Oversee and monitor progress of internal operational components as a liaison with Client Services, IT, Operations and all internal stakeholders

Track and report progress of each implementation against schedule, scope and budget and escalate delays or issues as required

Develop, maintain and distribute accurate and timely project reporting during all phases of implementation to internal and external stakeholders

Facilitate and lead ongoing internal communications throughout implementation.

Escalate complex/non-standard components to internal team and coordinate required decision-makers between each shared service function to achieve sign off whenever risk or issue decisions or actions are required.

Review, recommend and implement process improvements to the strategic ePMO model where appropriate
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required

Minimum 3 years experience

Strong project management skills

Experience leading cross-functional teams

Critical thinking, analysis and process mapping skills
