Position Summary:
This position will provide support to the Team Lead and all team members under their identified area. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, capability to ensure that deadlines are met with accurate results for not only their own task lists but the entire team, and exceptional knowledge of their assigned area. This role will work and communicate with the Team Lead to ensure processes are working as expected and changes to processes and tools are implemented effectively. This role also requires an excellent command of verbal and written communication in order to efficiently perform the functions of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility will be to assist assigned team members with questions and concerns that are specific to their assignments or when the Team Lead is unavailable
Individual will interact and report any issues, concerns or escalations to the Team Lead so that it can be escalated to the appropriate contact or business partner
Monitor all deadlines, deliverables, month-end associated tasks, and checklists are completed for the assigned team members and communicated to the Team Lead in a timely manner
Responsible for monitoring and reviewing process documentation for all processes that the team delivers by given deadline
Ability to manage completing priorities under tight processing deadlines
Participate in implementation of new business policies and processes
Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
Must be adaptable, flexible, and able to produce quality results in a fast-paced environment
Able to adapt to last-minute changes and problems requiring immediate action
Proven performance history and knowledge of current business processes
Enforce business rules not enforced through systems
Must possess strong organizational and decision making skills, as well as multi-tasking abilities and be a self-starter
Assist in the quarterly updates of training documents for all non-team specific tasks

Demonstrated experience in utilization of research tools (SAP, RI, Mercury, JEM, Mercury)
Strong Knowledge of all tools and processes utilized within team functions
Results driven focus and ability to see work/issues through to completion in a timely manner
Willing to work extended shifts during seasonal/cyclical peaks
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Detail oriented
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Customer service training and experience
Strong communication skills – spoken and written
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
