Position Summary:
Responsible for working with internal and external teams to ensure business process are being met.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate resolution of complex client/customer issues with the Senior Team Lead
Coaches and mentors team members to ensure they are developing necessary skills and knowledge. This includes being a resource for product knowledge, teaching problem solving, and tools for job
Provides verbal communication to team members to guide performance
Review assigned team members individual performance reports, surveys and metrics and document individual performance and development plans
Responsible for ensuring adequate coverage so all activities are completed to SLA
Demonstrates teamwork in attaining team productivity and service delivery goals
Works with team members to increase quality and meet or exceed individual goals
Communicates team issues, concerns and improvements with Senior Team Lead on a weekly basis
Possess strong organizational and decision making skills, as well as multi-tasking and being a self-starter
Excellent verbal communication, attention to detail, intermediate to advance Excel skills, ability to articulate in writing
Proven experience to function in a team environment
Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
Qualification and Requirements:
BA/BS (4 year) degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Preferred minimum 2-6 years’ relevant experience post Accounting Qualification achievement
Proficiency in Microsoft EXCEL pivot tables, formulas, v-lookups, data analysis and the ability to manipulate large volumes of data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to complete daily tasks as required
Presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to drive results through ownership and continuous passion for process improvements.
Ability to prioritize, manage and deliver multiple deliverables and projects concurrently.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in Shared Service Center/Outsourcing environment a plus.
