Arco Comfort Air, LLC is currently hiring for a full-time In-Home Comfort Advisor in the Cleveland, OH area. This sales position earns an unlimited earning potential of $100,000 per year, based on skills and experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time position typically works Monday through Friday with one 1/2 day over the weekend.

As an In-Home Comfort Advisor, you actively listen to the needs of our customers and work with them to determine the best possible solutions for their comfort needs. Establishing a good rapport with customers, you create sales proposals, negotiate, and close deals. When you make a sale, you communicate the details to our technician team. As an expert in your market area, you become aware of customer needs before they do. Always working to achieve set sales goals, you continuously meet and exceed quota. With you on our team, our clients are sure they are making an informed buying decision and our company has more jobs!

• Great at building trust and building rapport with customers

• In-home sales experience
• Prior HVAC experience is a PLUS, but willing to train the right person
