JOB SUMMARY: The System Administrator is a highly skilled Tier 3 technical resource that thrives on supporting diverse networks while providing excellent customer service. The System Administrator is responsible for providing proactive and reactive services to clients in support of their IT infrastructure. This position is responsible for receiving information, diagnosing symptoms, and resolving problems. The System Administrator will need to deliver customer service within specified service levels and typically around more complex problems. This scope could include diagnosis and resolution of items such as router configurations, equipment failures, patching or updating server operating systems, restarting services, troubleshooting backups, and more. This role will provide guidance on advanced technical topics to lower tier support resources. The System Administrator will be required to be a Subject Matter Expert in specific defined areas as needed to meet client service delivery needs. This is a non-managerial position.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The majority of work for this role is performed in a home office and interacts with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities, and abilities. Telecommuters are expected to have sufficient home office space that appears neat, organized, and professional when on video meetings. Travel may be required.
