Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computers and media equipment to all groups within the organization.
- Assist with onboarding of all employees to IT systems; providing support as needed
- Image, support, ship and control inventory all of the corporate laptops and user issued devices
- Monitor Service Desk for IT issues and address the issues in a timely fashion
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of troubleshooting user endpoint devices, including macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux
- Knowledge of troubleshooting both wired and wireless networking from an endpoint perspective
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to deal pleasantly and tactfully with users to troubleshoot technical issues
- Analytical mindset
- Problem-solving aptitude
Security Requirements:
- Conducts duties and responsibilities in accordance with AWN’s Information Security policies, standards, processes and controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of AWN business information.
- Background checks are required for this position
TRAINING ROLE OBJECTIVE:
· Attend trainings, seminars or webinars relevant to job role to enhance current knowledge base and skill set in order to improve job performance and efficiency. Attend at least one event in a year and should not impact job/project deliverables.
