North Texas Agency Representative
GENERAL PURPOSE: Works as a team with direction from North Texas Agency Representative to support the sales, retention and marketing program efforts for the North Texas region (which encompass North Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas). Will support North Texas Agency Representative alongside Region Manager to assess the marketplace, determine opportunities, and identify independent agent prospects to pursue in the assigned region; and ultimately assist with administrative processes for qualifying and signing on new Westcor approved agents. Responsibilities include supporting ongoing business relationships with agents, while focusing on maintaining profitability, quality and compliance with Westcor standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide general support to North Texas Region agents.
- Develop and maintain agency relationships.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new agents.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, travel to and attend when necessary.
- Receive requests and coordinate educational seminars for agents.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and communications with agents via Salesforce.
- Instructs agency personnel in use of company online tools and assets available to agents.
- Track and manage receipt and submission of regularly scheduled agency reports.
- Acts as a liaison between company and agents and trade organizations.
- Supports agent with direction to appropriate individuals and information when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
COMPETENCIES:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in title, escrow or related field.
- Customer service, sales and marketing skills.
- Ability to write and orally communicate clearly, accurately and succinctly.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving and results oriented.
- Teamwork.
- Trustworthiness & Ethics.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Comfortable with using a CRM, such as Salesforce.
