What are the responsibilities and job description for the Benefits Manager position at Ardagh Group?
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee health insurance plans for US division for Ardagh Glass Packaging for both union and non-union population of approximately 5100 employees
Ensure company-wide plan complicance
Serve as liason between outside vendors and company employees as necessary
Research and evaluate market trends to ensure competitiveness of benefits package
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
SPHR, PHR or CEBS designation
7 years US Benefits strategy and administration
Manage broker and vendor relationships
Experience managing benefits in manufacturing environment
Proven ability to resolve complex benefit issues
Demonstrated experience working with multiple benefit systems and managing integrations
Strong HR Functional knowledge
