Responsibilities
Obtains and ensures quality specimens to support patient care.
Provides clerical support to the department which contributes to patient care.
Demonstrate proper communication skills to ensure positive outcomes.
Supports organizational priorities to maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills to support positive outcomes.
Qualifications
High School/GED; Technical School or 2 Years College (preferred)
Successful completion of the Baxter/Cerner Registration Training Session with evaluated registration skills, multitasking and prioritizing skills.
Knowledge of laboratory science and medical terminology.
Office experience, computer skills experience, other applicable experience.
