Job Description:
As a Door Knocker at Ardmor Construction, you play a crucial role in lead generation and representing our company in every interaction.
Experience/Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of door-knocking experience.
- 2-3 years of Sales or Customer Service experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for the sales team to acquire new customers.
- Knock doors a minimum of 30 hours per week, excluding storm environments.
- Document work in the door-knocking app and promptly update leads for rapid assignment to a sales rep for follow-up.
- During storm conditions, knock on doors six days a week.
- Be available to work Sunday afternoon if necessary during storms.
- Be on call for storm knocking with a rapid response time.
- Identify productive and profitable areas for work.
- Report any concerns regarding sales reps to the correct Sales Team Leader.
- Recruit new sales reps and earn additional bonuses based on sales per Company Policy.
