Role Summary: Manage E2E testing including UAT and PAT
Detailed JD :
Test Manager
- Jira proficient
- Responsible for the overall Test Strategy, approach, and Test Plan for the program
- Identifies testing tools and provides guidance to all scrum teams in test fundamentals and automation
- Identifies all test types and environments applicable for the program
- Identifies testing timeline and schedules
- Identifies test scope, entry and exit criteria
- Identifies test data requirements, system refresh requirements, code migrations, and system dependencies
- Identifies test team roles and responsibilities
- Provides overall guidance and coordination for test execution across all scrum teams
- Ensures quality standards adherence for all scrum teams on the project
- Provides overall testing status for the program
- Work with UAT coordinator to ensure UAT execution
· Facilitates QA cadence
· Facilitates testing cadence and war rooms for the program to drive defects resolution
· Managing Jira for reporting defects and defects resolution
· Provides overall program testing status from Jira
Facilitates quality checkpoints for the program including sign offs
