What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Warehouse Manager - CC position at Area Temps, Inc.?
A large and local company is offering an immediate, full-time position for an Assistant Warehouse Manager. This is a first shift position 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Scan, pick, and pack items
- Load and unload trucks
- Operate a tow motor or forklift
- Manage inventory
- Provide customer service to customers who come to the warehouse
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Must have previous Assistant Warehouse Manager experience
- Must have strong Customer Service and Inventory Management skills
- Must have experience operating a forklift
- Must have legible handwriting along with good reading skills
- Must be able to pay attention to detail
- Must have a driver's license; Class A CDL is a huge plus but not required
- Must be physically fit to lift furniture
- Must be dependable while being safety conscious
Only those candidates that can pass a background, BMV check, and drug screen will be considered.
