What are the responsibilities and job description for the ServiceNow Architect (Remote) position at ARES Corporation?
This is a remote work opportunity.
Required Qualifications:
The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for core system design and configuration strategy. Other main responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Developing, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes in the application.
- Implementing and customizing ServiceNow modules and applications and configure Application UI and Configure Workflows.
- Creating governance models for ServiceNow implementation.
- Supporting outreach and stakeholder involvement for design of the platform.
- Developing solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests.
- Identifying system deficiencies and recommending solutions.
- Maintaining and participating in the continuous improvement of the processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools.
- Ensuring appropriate tools and processes are in place to have a development/production environment that is reliable and reproducible.
Experience / Technical Requirements
- Past experience with ServiceNow platform strategy and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Configuring ServiceNow interfaces with LDAP, SSO, SAML, and similar.
- Familiarity using ServiceNow service catalog, work management, property management, and other core modules.

- Bachelor's Degree in related field
