Job Description
Arevon is looking to hire for an entry-level accounts receivable role that will support the revenue recognition and settlements function of Arevon’s projects. Primarily, the Settlements Analyst will focus on ensuring timely and accurate invoicing of project revenue and supporting data reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collection of data from internal and external sources to derive revenue calculations.
- Support monthly reporting data collection and monthly close activities.
- Generation of revenue estimates to support accounting close.
- Prepare compliance filings and support with data collection.
- Collaborate with engineering, accounting, treasury, and asset management teams to receive necessary information, data, and/or feedback.
- Communicate invoicing data to the Center of Excellence team for processing.
- Support automation of invoicing and settlements procedures.
- Assist with the development of process improvement and process documentation.
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proficient to Advanced Excel experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
- Netsuite and PowerBI experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams
