We are seeking a dynamic corporate communications professional . This integrated role supports our North America Commercial and Medical Affairs teams. You will create and deliver both internal communications strategies and plans, and will be deployed to teams where you can have the biggest impact, generating internal awareness and employee engagement that helps us reach patients. Your Role Contribute to our global integrated communications team success by executing programs for the U.S. region that support employee engagement, culture, and business priorities Provide strategic counsel and executive communications support to key regional leaders and other internal stakeholders Deliver thought leadership strategies, identifying proactive opportunities for key leaders Support leader communications programs including all-employee meetings and other leadership team meetings and initiatives Partner with HR and other functions on communications initiatives, including developing business-level key messages, talking points, FAQs and other materials Build compelling visual content for presentations, communication decks, intranet, videos, and other forums as needed Promote internal communication, connection and knowledge sharing and develop Teams adoption and Viva Engage strategies to improve awareness and engagement Qualifications 8-10 years professional communications experience in a global organization 2 years of experience in-house at a biotech and/or pharmaceutical company, Rare and/or autoimmune disease experience a plus A proactive, collaborative leader and self-starter with a sense of ownership of projects and a drive to deliver results Experience as communications partner for internal business partners, HR Communications experience a plus Demonstrated experience supporting organizational culture and transformation initiatives Ability to translate strategy and science into targeted and easy to understand materials for various audiences Strong planning and project management skills Strong influencing skills and confidence working with senior leaders Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including SharePoint and Viva Engage Ability to travel up to 25% #LI-Hybrid At argenx we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
