Job Description:

AriensCo is seeking a motivated and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to be responsible for supporting the AriensCo selection process for production positions to ensure a successful recruiting and onboarding experience for the candidate & the hiring team. This individual will support the full-cycle recruiting process from identification of position need through the onboarding process. This person will be an organizational guru, possess superior communication skills, and have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice. This is a great position for someone interested in furthering their career in Human Resources. 

THE DAY TO DAY…

• Schedule candidate phone interviews and onsite interviews via Outlook
• Create candidate interview itineraries and communicate details with candidates and the interview teams
• Manage applicant tracking system, moving candidates to appropriate status
• Manage pre-employment process, including drug screen & background verification
• Assist with the onboarding process including gathering necessary new hire information
• Lead weekly new-hire group orientations
• Prepare recruiting reports as needed
• Schedule meetings where necessary
• Assist HR team with various other tasks when recruiting is light
• Work with hiring managers to learn what their pain-points and talent needs are
• Other duties as assigned

THE QUALIFICATIONS…

• High school diploma required; Associate’s Degree or higher in Human Resources or related field of study preferred
• Minimum of 3-years experience working in a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition environment (preferably for a manufacturer)
• Intermediate/Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook Calendar is required
• Strong communication and strong organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
• Knowledge of effective candidate sourcing preferred
• PHR certification preferred
