In Home Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 care in a client’s home.
- Assist clients with personal cares as identified in the care plan including bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.
- Assist clients with home making tasks as identified in the care plan including vacuuming, dusting, laundry, meal preparation, etc.
- Provide companionship to clients by visiting and interacting with them.
- Communicate effectively and regularly with clients, families, and management
- Ability to work independently

In Home Caregiver Qualifications:
- Reliable, Empathetic, Collaborative, Adaptable, and Effective.
- Previous work as a PCA, CNA, Nurse, Social Worker, Teacher, or DSP is helpful but not required.
- Studying for a career in Nursing, Occupational/Physical Therapy, Pre-Med, Physician Assistant, Education, Psychology or Social Work.
