The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordination of customer order fulfillment and candidate placement for a wide variety of clients and job positions. Staffing Coordinators provide outstanding service to every client and candidate to achieve our vision – A job for every worker and a worker for every job.
Hours of operation: Monday- Friday 4am-6pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Fill clients’ orders in a timely manner and place qualified workers in qualified positions.
- temporary employee applications and conduct in-person assessments to maintain a well-qualified pool of entry-level and skilled candidates
- Build strong customer relationships
- Source qualified candidates
- Screen, interview and hire qualified candidates
- Process I-9 and E-Verify requirements for all employees hired
- Maintain an ongoing database of active and available workers
- Maintain equipment inventory and monitor equipment check-outs and returns
- Complete daily arrival calls to clients
- Accurately process daily and weekly pay checks for employees
- Complete all office duties required such as phones, filing and email communications
- Accurately audit and maintain internal and external documentation systems.
- Facilitate and manage worker safety orientations and daily trainings to ensure worker safety awareness and continuous safety dialogue
- Administer background and drug tests as required
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED
- Administrative and organization skills
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong phone and email communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
