We are looking to fill a Delivery Dispatch / Logistics position for our industry leading distribution center and corporate office located in Mesa, AZ.
Job Summary
- Schedule and confirm confirm deliveries and local vendor pick ups for for Arizona Stone Phoenix Metro Area
- Utilize Outsource companies as necessary
- Confirm all deliveries / vendor picks ups using Smartsheet within 24 hours of request
- Update Google delivery calendar with daily deliveries
- Coordinate inter-company transfer trucks between 4 Phoenix Metro Arizona Stone branches
- Review and Schedule the Transfer Trucks for Phoenix Metro Area within cut-off times specified
- Use of Dispatch Track Software for daily scheduling / routing of drivers
- Calculate weights and pallet counts for products
