At Arizona Tile, we know that our success is a direct result of the talented individuals who support our growing business. As a member of our Human Resources team, you will be involved with all aspects of the Human Resources function including maintaining HRIS, scanning/filing, onboarding/offboarding, benefit enrollments, and supporting other HR and compliance activities. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Job Requirements:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Maintain both digital and paper-based records to ensure privacy and legislative compliance (aka. Scanning and filing).
* Spreadsheet and Database Management to ensure all documents received timely.
* Assists with the on-boarding process of new hires, to include drug testing and data entry, as well as the off-boarding of employees.
* Maintains accurate I-9 information for compliance to be audit ready.
* Coordinate updates with payroll changes and play an active role in improving processes through the adoption of digital improvements.
* Assist with benefits and help support our benefit providers, employees and internal teams as needed. Includes assemble of benefit informational packets.
* Maintain compliance with Labor Law Posters for all locations
* Provide other employee HR program support as needed
Expectations:
WHO YOU ARE:
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
* Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn HRIS systems; iSolved experience preferred.
* Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
* Attention to detail; enjoys keeping everything in order
* Willing to try new approaches and learn from mistakes
* A desire to solve problems using critical thinking skills and ensure customer satisfaction
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* At least one year of human resource experience preferred.
