Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments, meetings, etc. for ALTA personnel, and ALTA Board and Committees.
- Prepare, send, and track invoices; record and track account revenue expenditures.
- Compile various data or statistics for manuscripts, records or recurring reports such as membership and donation reports, etc.
- Draft email correspondence in response to general, routine inquiries or to requests for information.
- Handle various administrative tasks related to ALTA's Board, including managing Board elections, creating and updating a Board manual, keeping various contact lists up to date.
- Add new or updated data to ALTA’s membership database and website, as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and initiate requests to replenish; research and compare vendors for various supply purchases.
- Assemble and distribute mailings.
- Answer phones, take messages and/or direct callers to appropriate personnel.
- Additional data collection, entry, and management, as needed.
Physical Requirement:
- Lifting/Transporting requirement: Up to 20 pounds for rare occasions of accepting packages, supplies, and assisting with conference as needed.
