This position is for a System Administrator in Aurora, CO or King Prussia, PA. Our ideal candidate is a talented Systems Administrator that is experienced with supporting multiple facets of an on premises and cloud-based IT infrastructure. You will be working as a member of a small corporate IT support team that handles all IT needs for the company on both classified and unclassified systems.

Salary Information
The annual salary range for this role is $100,000 to $150,000; however, Stratagem considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.

As Systems Administrator, your responsibilities include:
- Directly supporting end users to include:
- New user accounts
- Provisioning Laptops
- Software Installations
- Trouble shooting errors and issues
- Maintenance of servers to include Domain Controllers, Hyper-V Servers, AWS EC2 Instances, Azure Instances, and SIEM (MS Sentinel)
- Maintenance and configuration of network devices such as Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Switches, Wireless Access Points, VPN, and IPSec Tunnels
- Assisting with the corporate compliance to Federal Cyber Security requirements such as CMMC and NIST guidelines
- Supporting customer programs by deploying and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Kubernetes, Anchore, SonarQube, and Nessus
Requirements
- You are the proud owner of a TS/SCI Clearance with SSBI
- Experience with Windows Server administration and installation
- Experience with Linux
- Experience with networking and network equipment
- Experience with operating systems life cycle management and configuration management (Print Management, Account Management, System Imaging, Hardware Modernization, Performance Monitoring, etc.)
- Experience with vulnerability remediation and security management (system hardening, log management, configuration management)
- Experience administering Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, GPOs
- Experience with Azure Active Directory, Office365 and Microsoft Intune;
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (i.e. VMWare, Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of scripting to automate tasks
- Familiarity with software license management processes and tools
- Familiarity with firewalls, network communication, security and architecture
- Experience implementing full disk encryption and key management
- Demonstrated experience in security engineering processes & techniques
- Demonstrated experience in conducting security engineering, analytical, & problem solving activities with structured problem solving techniques
- Demonstrated experience establishing & maintaining working relationship with all levels of the organization, including customers, users, & other peer groups
- Demonstrated experience in working in dynamic environments requiring ability to assess & prioritize tasks, managing time & resources to meet assigned deadlines
- Current IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. Security or CISSP or CASP)
Desired Skills (bonus points)
- Experience with hardening systems and continually evaluating the cyber security posture of IT systems
