Technology Support Apprentice

Arkansas Center for Data Sciences (ACDS) is helping PeopleShores hire a cohort of Technology Support Apprentices in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. No experience required! Individuals will receive two months of paid training to be successful in the job. The Technology Support Apprentice is a generalist role that can vary from customer technology care and outsourced insurance/healthcare processes, to support functions for advanced technologies like RPA and machine learning. Individuals in the role can expect to support different clients over time across a breadth of industries. What's an Apprenticeship? An apprenticeship is a full time position with a focus on learning! During your first year of employment, you are guaranteed formal training, a mentor, and a pay raise! ACDS will conduct an initial phone interview and knowledge assessment. If your skills and interest match with the employer's needs, we'll share your resume or ask you to apply directly with them.
