GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Develops and maintains relationships with commercial treasury or cash management banking clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
• Meets with clients, assesses financial needs and goals, recommends deposit or treasury/cash management strategies and products, and makes referrals to other lines of business.
• Responds to and resolves inquiries related to customer accounts and executes and verifies transactions upon request.
• Seeks to expand client base through referrals and growth of assigned accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Comprehensive knowledge of the field's policies, procedures, and practices. Equivalent to a four year college degree plus 7 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
