V.I.E Product Line Manager Assistant

Your Future Responsibilities:

The position involves working cross-functionally with all functions of the organization. The objective is to build new processes, generate data and drive a variety of tactics to further support Bostik's advanced packaging and hard goods product lines.

You will be responsible for reducing the complexity and increasing the speed of implementation and improvement of system processes used for growth. You will assist and communicate with product line management tactics. This position reports to the Product Line Management Team Leader.

Your accountabilities:

• 
  Responsible for reducing complexity in product lines through creation of internal processes.
• Responsible for tactical support product lines by updating data, developing product content and initiating changes to product lines.

Your tasks:

• 
  Develop and lead a variety of cross-functional process improvements to improve consistency, increase communication within the organisation and speed up implementation in relation to the creation of product packaging and labels.
• Simplify access to product data sheets for the sales team while improving document consistency
• Build the Vdoc process to optimise speed of implementation and support product range changes in the system.
• Support the creation of monthly reports for all product lines on sales, margins, raw materials and industry trends, and competitive activity.
• Assist with product lifecycle implementation including renumbering, reactivation, deactivation and packaging code changes.
• Other tasks may be assigned in relation to advanced packaging and durable goods as products and business needs evolve.
• Adopt safe work habits in accordance with various agencies such as the environment and occupational safety and health by aligning with specific Bostik expectations.

The Profile we are looking for:

• 
  You have a Master's degree in Marketing or related field
• You have 1 to 3 years of proven experience in process and data management.
• You are familiar with MS Office and SAP.
• Qualities required :
• You have excellent organisational, planning and communication skills.
• You are able to work cross-functionally within a team and to set deadlines.
• You like to solve problems creatively and to establish and maintain multiple priorities.
• Analytical and business acumen, good with numbers and detail-oriented.
• Due to the international dimension of the group, a fluent level of English is imperative.
