Job Posting for Commercial Flooring Project Site Coordinator at Arko Flooring

We are searching for a Commercial FLOORING Project Site Coordinator for our Commercial Division. The Project Site Coordinator will work closely with general contractors and subcontractors to make sure the projects stay on schedule and meet the contract scope requirements. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on multiple projects, capable of dealing with unexpected setbacks, and will be able to make quick decisions when necessary. This position requires experience with flooring site coordination or flooring project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project schedules
  • Attend required project meetings with general contractors
  • Ensure material deliveries to the job sites are accurate and will support the project schedule
  • Oversee subcontractors on site: Verify their quantity and quality of work; hold safety meetings; make sure number of installers on site is sufficient to maintain project schedule
  • Travel to assigned projects consistently and frequently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year

  • Flooring: 2 years (Preferred)
