Our widely published company is headquartered in a fast-paced design office and manufacturing facility in LA. We design, develop, and manufacture a variety of façade systems, interior wall and ceiling systems, custom art installations on a full range of state-of-the-art equipment, in our 100,000sf facility
We are seeking a Temp-To-Hire CNC Operator to join our team! The CNC Operator will follow the flow of materials, components, paperwork in and between departments to maintain busy production schedule.
The ideal candidate will possess all the following:
- Must have experience, minimum 2 years in a production environment running lathes and mills
- Must have the ability to setup and touch off tools, machine jaws for both lathes and mills.
- Must be able to read and understand G-code and make edits to hit specs.
- Minimum 1 year experience with 3axis CNC machine a Must
- 2 years' experience setting up and working CNC lathes and mills
- Knowledge of manual machines a plus
- Full knowledge of measuring tools required
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and complete setups autonomously
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 pounds
- Frequently lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds using mechanical equipment
- Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions
- Regularly stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
- Climb ladders of varying heights
- Due to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations

The estimated base salary range for this role is $16-$22 per hour. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors
