The Project Developer Designer is a key team member of team offering internal drafting and engineering responsibilities that include analyzing, drawing, and modeling support. Through a variety of assigned and varied duties/projects, this role utilizes key skills to support the daily needs of the sales teams for standard and architectural products and projects. Working closely with the sales team, the Project Developer Designer will coordinate a range of related design efforts through both internal and external channels to ensure highly effective, organized and on-time delivery and acknowledgment of relevant data. The Project Developer Designer will rely on key abilities to think critically, work with minimal supervision, coordinate multiple priorities and work with full orientation toward detail, follow-through, and consistent delivery of time sensitive materials.
Main Job Responsibilities
Adjust and build 3D models of architectural products
Develop CAD drawings and other related information for products
Ability to review own work for accuracy and completeness
Work within established standards, procedures, and techniques
Education, Skills & Requirements
Degree in Architecture with 2-4 years’ experience 3D modeling and design documentation
Strong contemporary design talent
Quick understanding of how architectural systems and details go together
Solid understanding of 3D Software required. Experience with or desire to learn Rhino 3D, Sketchup, Grasshopper, and Revit.
Experience With Graphic Design And Visual Layout Preferred.
Must speak / understand English clearly and write legibly. Great communication skills.
Detailed and organized with ability to multi-task
Possess a high level of attention to detail.
Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
Possess good speed and accurate modeling.
Ambitious character with positive attitude and ability to work independently
Desire to grow with company and take on additional responsibility

The job relies heavily on organization and communication and understanding the overall picture of product capabilities and design. This team member will ensure the smooth and proper flow of layouts and modeling of Arktura products on time. It is necessary to facilitate strong internal team working relationships, general industry knowledge and growing Arktura technical knowledge. The Project Developer Designer is always focused on supporting and achieving results to successfully complete projects. The Project Developer Designer listens and offers support to teammates, drives toward completing various assignments in multiple arenas in parallel with one another. Ultimately ensuring organization of data and delivery of designs or layouts with the utmost attention toward detail and professionalism.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $70,000.00-$85,000.00 a year. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors.
