Arlluk Technology Solutions, a Koniag Government Services, is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst and Tester Resource with a Secret Security Clearance to support ATS our government customer. This is a Remote Position.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Data Analyst will have to work with the business team, comprising of stakeholders and analysts, and information technologists to understand data requirements for the program
- Perform data profiling/analysis activities that will help establish, modify, and maintain a data model
- Convert logical models to physical models for the databases in use and provide DDLs to the implementation teams
- Conduct testing for all standards and report all occasions of testing
- Create a taxonomy/data dictionary to communicate data requirements that are important to business stakeholders
- Test the DDLs and ensure the models are deployed to all environments and are consistent
- Lead and participate in design workshops to facilitate an understanding of business data needs and how they are mapped to the data model
- Facilitate resolution of model conflicts created by competing business requirements
- Partition data models into landing, integration, data mart, and reporting layers. Support review, signoff, and adoption of data models in collaboration with global businesses, architecture, and delivery teams
- Articulating modelling principles to other analysts and business users

- Exercise’s discretion and good judgement in all things, especially regarding sensitive or confidential matters
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data modeling
- Minimum 1 year experience with Oracle
- Minimum 1 year experience of database scripting in SQL and ASP
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years’ experience

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate.
