Position Overview:
Arlluk Technology Solutions is hiring a SME Business Intelligence Analyst to serve as the lead for USACE Real Estate Reporting for the operations, maintenance, cyber compliance, and business support services to address system life cycle and business process management for USACE’s real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have the curiosity and skills to investigate the data from multiple angles, conduct research and identifying trends while partnering with colleagues to match data from multiple resources to make recommendations.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for performing analysis, reporting and visualization to support USACE Customer decisions.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, data visualizations, and using Data to forecast or guide USACE business activity.
- Developing and managing business intelligence solutions.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards, generating reports, preparing data visualizations, and using data to forecast or guide USACE business activity.
- Collaborating with colleagues for the purpose of collecting and structuring data. ·
- Collect, audit, compile, and validate data from multiple sources. ·
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques or relational databases and produce ongoing as-needed reports to meet USACE business needs.
- Communicate internally and USACE clients to collect and validate data as well as answer questions regarding reports and data.
- Build automation and additional efficiencies into manual reporting efforts.
- Helps implement new practices, processes and procedures.
- Create ad-hoc data sets through graphs, tables and other visuals based upon business requests. Lead an IT support team to provide systems administration, development, and end-user support of cloud-based applications.
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
- BA/BS in Engineering or IT related discipline.
- 6 years of demonstrated experience in Business Intelligence reporting
- At least three to five years of data related or analytical work experience.
- Ability to grasp database structures and understand the underlying relationships and dependencies.
- Comfortable compiling data integration from multiple sources; performing quality control on data sets; identifying and scrutinizing anomalies and/or outliers in the data.
- Ability to manipulate data and complete required analysis ·
- Significant ability to create, manipulate and formulate spreadsheets, to include v-lookups, pivot tables, formulas, charts and graphing.
- To be considered, must hold an active SECRET clearance.
