Responsibilities

The Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the beverage program within the hotel, ensuring a seamless and exceptional service that aligns with our commitment to excellence.Responsibilities:Beverage Program Management:Develop and implement a comprehensive beverage program that aligns with the hotel's brand and guest expectations

Curate an extensive and diverse beverage menu, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, showcasing premium and unique offerings

Vendor Relations:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distributors to ensure the availability of high-quality and exclusive beverage selections
•
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to optimize cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards
•
Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and lead a skilled team of bartenders and beverage service staff
•
Set performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge

Quality Control:Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures to guarantee the consistent preparation and presentation of beverages

Regularly assess customer feedback and adjust the beverage program accordingly to meet and exceed guest expectations
