Head of Business Operations

Job Description   We are looking for our Head of Business Operations to build and lead our ‘BizOps’ team, chartered to expand Arm Treasure Data growth, connecting the strategy to operational plans, processes and people, resulting in exceptional delivery of topline and bottom-line results with effective governance.   To be effective in this role, you must be highly strategic and operationally oriented.  You are an agile, hands-on and creative problem solver with impeccable communication, analysis and change-management skills, an influential leader with a strong bias to action and passion-for-progress delivering valuable results in line with company priorities. You build strong relationships within the business unit and across Arm, inspiring trust, exercising sound judgement and integrity.  You are a team builder and leader, investing in and supporting the growth of your team.  Responsibilities Execution - Lead operating processes and strategic initiatives across the Business Unit, delivering on the strategy and operational plans Operating cadence – Establish an operating rhythm of the business aligning people and processes to ensure the organization runs effectively and efficiently Performance  management – Leverage data and insight to drive decision making and acceleration of growth Reporting, metrics and KPI’s – Develop and deliver executive level reporting and processes that drives discussion, actions and valuable results Manage business planning processes - lead business planning in coordination with other business functions and enterprise support functions Lead critical projects based on emergent business needs and work collaboratively across the business and functions to deliver results. Continuously improve group effectiveness (systems, process, governance, people) Qualifications: 5+ years scaling a high growth enterprise SaaS technology business in a business operations (or closely related leadership role where you were ‘managing the business’) MBA or graduate degree in a management, technical or engineering field preferred Background in management consulting or investment banking a plus Proven ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional partners to deliver results Team-oriented and collaborative work style Exceptional problem-solving, strategic, and analytical skills, combined with excellent business acumen Excellent communication skills, particularly with executive-level stakeholders ·       Experience at both large companies and startups highly desirable
