The Content Executive will work with the Content Supervisor, Internal & Corporate Communications team, and internal stakeholders to manage and create consistent communication across the firm. This person will help to manage all internal campaigns and firm-wide communications.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Manage internal communications projects and output
- Plan, edit, and revise content for various internal communication channels
- Design, print, and publish internal publications
- Ensure consistent framing of messages
- Execute steps within a specific time frame
- Draft content (g., press releases) for mass media or company website
- Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision
- Measure and present results of communication efforts
- Set timing of release to coordinate with company events or initiatives
- Support ideas with research and experience.
- Refine core messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication, including development, organizing, and education

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, journalism, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills and organizational skills are required.
- Ability to communicate with internal clients to anticipate their needs, offer new ideas, and proactively address challenges
