Duties and Responsibilities: • Content Marketing: Develop and distribute valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and engage target audience.
• Digital & Email Marketing: Create, execute and optimize online marketing campaigns; manage our email marketing efforts to enhance engagement and conversion.
• Marketing Communications: Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create and refine powerful marketing collateral.
• Marketing Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and competitor advantage.
• Social Media Marketing: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across various platforms.
• SEO: Optimize our digital content for search engines to increase organic visibility.
• Event Marketing: Represent our brand at industry events and conferences, oversee booth setup, and drive lead generation.
• Award Submissions: Identify, prepare, and submit our solutions for industry-relevant awards.
• Collaborate and report to cross-functional teams on marketing performance, insights, and optimization strategies.
Required Skills: • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with various online marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Content Creation: Ability to develop compelling and accurate marketing content for various channels such as blogs, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Project Management: Proficiency in organizing, prioritizing, and overseeing multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Tech-Savviness: Since it's a technology and services company, a basic understanding of the industry's technologies, trends, and tools is essential to effectively market the products or services.
Desired Skills: • Graphic Design: Having design skills to create visually appealing marketing materials can be a significant asset, especially in a small team.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, can make collaborations smoother and more productive.
• CRM Expertise: Experience with customer relationship management tools, like Salesforce or HubSpot, to manage customer interactions and improve marketing efforts.
• Event Management: If the company participates in or hosts events, experience in organizing and promoting these events can be a valuable skill.
• Continuous Learner: Given the dynamic nature of both technology and marketing, an enthusiasm for continuous learning and adapting to new trends, tools, and strategies is highly beneficial.
