Position Summary:
Senior Program Manager responsible for leading and managing US Government IT modernization projects in support of Federal agency efforts to improve and modernize operations. Responsible for leading and managing project resources, complying with contract terms and conditions, and ensuring successful delivery of IT services and products, developing and growing relationships with clients, and growing the account.
Responsible for leading IT tasks and projects in delivering a complex IT solution to a US Government client in accordance with the project charter, project agreement or contract. Overall responsible for project performance, including, but not limited to managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables for IT-related projects. Activities include hands-on management and applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management of IT-related projects. Responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the customer. Provide day-to-day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer.
Manages multiple workstreams simultaneously, effectively coordinating and communicating with US Government clients, project stakeholders, Armedia leaders, staff, and other contractor staff members. As an Armedia Program and Project Management (PM) leader, actively participates in and contributes to ongoing efforts to continuously improve Armedia PM operations and management, to include supporting business development and proposal preparation efforts.
