We are looking for an Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be willing to undertake a variety of office support tasks. This person will be organized, detailed and ready to learn.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
- Setting up routes and scheduling appointments
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Make follow up calls to customers as needed
- Monitor inventory and place orders as needed
- Monitoring accounts receivables and mailing statements
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
