Job Highlights
The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting treasury, investment management and insurance related processes across a group of diversified businesses. The successful candidate must possess advanced analytical and collaborative skill sets.
What You’ll Do
You’ll do a lot of great things in this role and have the opportunity to expand into other areas, but the key responsibilities you can expect to perform on a regular basis include:
- Work closely with the Senior Director of Finance to conduct reviews, validations, and approval sequences for cash disbursements. Support a centralized corporate Treasury team with all cash processing requests.
- Build a dynamic comprehension of the cash requirements across a diverse group of businesses. Support operational liquidity and continually advance cash management controls.
- Become a subject matter expert for the organizations Treasury management platform. Assist with the administration of various ad-hoc financial platforms.
- Become familiar with managing corporate banking relationships and credit facilities.
- Maintain and introduce Treasury products that complement a diverse group of businesses. Manage new projects as requested and become a trusted partner to business line leaders.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly investment reporting packages. Construct internally managed investment analyses and prepare asset allocation driven rebalancing as directed.
- Build an understanding of business insurance and support the operations of a captive insurance company. Prepare claim invoicing analyses, aid in the management of accounts payable, banking and investment processes specific to the captive and participate in on-going dialect with broker and affiliated management partners.
- Prepare financial analyses for payment collection and consumer financing processes.

- BA in Finance and/or Accounting
- MBA preferred, but not required
- 3 years of experience with investment and treasury management concepts
- Experience with financial analysis and financial modeling
- Strong technical, data, and reporting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and solve problems through quantitative techniques
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and prioritize tasks
