Our Social Media coordinator will be responsible for multiple clients at a time, often changing between accounts throughout the day to publish content and maintain engagement. Our clients are within the cannabis industry, any prior experience would be a huge plus.
A day in the life of a social media manager would typically include:
Ability to understand and adhere to all cannabis regulations
Working with the marketing and co-planning social media campaigns
Posting content across social media accounts
Engaging with customers on different channels
Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
