Job Purpose or Summary
In alignment with company mission, vision, and values, this position supports Operations teams with the onboarding process to ensure care professionals are hired in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with Company and State/Federal regulations. This position is a full-time position working part-time from home and part-time in the office.
Essential Functions:
Foster our mission: To attract, train, retain and treasure the best care professionals
Power boost the administrative components of recruiting / retention:
- Immediate calls to those who apply online
- Follow up calls to candidates who are stuck in the application process
- Provide recruitment support to local branch offices as needed, including phone screens, initial interviews, and scheduling for orientation
- Reference Checks
- Complete onboarding of care professional by entering information into payroll system; entering credential information and entering scheduling availability into scheduling system
- Outreach to prospective candidates
- Outreach to inactive care professionals
- Provides support in monitoring initial and annual training requirements
- Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:.
- A desire to learn and grow
- Positive attitude with team-player mindset
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Seniority level of responsibility: 1 year of customer service, entry-level human resources, or recruiting.
- Industry Experience: Health Care or related preferred but not required
- Desired Skill Set: Detailed orientated, organized, quick worker, multi-tasker, accountable in an autonomous environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- PC literacy
