ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Open and close the business every day and make sure the office is prepared for the day by unlocking and locking the front door, turning on and off all the lights, opening and closing curtains, etc.
- Always maintain a clean and organized workspace, reception area, and office by cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, and taking out garbage as needed.
- Know and maintain State and Federal restrictions during pandemic and high flu season.
- Maintain a welcoming office environment and greet all ATCSS customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain a positive business relationship with all staff.
- Support all ATCSS staff by accomplishing various administrative tasks as requested.
- Understanding of HIPPA laws and the ability to use discretion when handling patient/client information.
- Maintain accurate employee files by making sure that all paperwork is filed in a timely manner and timely retrieval of employee files when requested.
- Demonstrate knowledge of ATCSS policies and procedures, changes within the company, and the types of support that ATCSS provides patients/clients and their family members.
- Schedule training classes, provide training, technical assistance, and support to all ATCSS staff as needed.
- Requires use of multi-line phone system, adobe acrobat, use of intermedia faxing technology, and use of office scanner.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries, prepare outgoing mail, prepare, and make bank deposits as needed, run office errands as needed.
- Responsible for keeping up to date, obtaining and handing out employee recognition, birthdays, welcome and anniversary cards.
- Reviews programs weekly labor costs and approved hours weekly to ensure they are accurate
- Assist with keeping updated agency records and perform any clerical duties as assigned when needed.
- All work performed must be in alignment with the mission and values of Around the Clock Support Services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Due to driving restrictions, applicants must be 21 years of age.
- One-year of experience working in an office environment or a certificate in office technology from an accredited educational intuition.
- Must have a valid Oregon driver license, have a clean driving record, and have been licensed more than two years.
- Must pass a DHS fingerprint and background check.
- Ability to creatively problem solve, actively listen, have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must have the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Be able to demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the assigned job duties appropriately.
- Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
